1理解 Midjourney 提示词的结构：拆解公式
很多新手写提示词是想到哪写到哪，这样出来的图往往不可控。Midjourney 的提示词其实有固定套路，我们把它拆成 5 个部分：
公式：
[主体描述] + [环境/背景] + [光线/色彩] + [风格/媒介] + [参数设置]详细拆解：
- 主体描述：谁？是什么？穿什么？做什么动作？
示例：a young woman with freckles, wearing a red coat, walking in the rain - 环境/背景：在哪里？什么场景？
示例：neon-lit street at midnight, reflections on wet pavement - 光线/色彩：光从哪里来？什么色调？
示例：cinematic lighting, golden hour, soft warm glow, volumetric fog - 风格/媒介：像什么风格？摄影？插画？电影？
示例：style of Annie Leibovitz, shot on Kodak Portra 400, 35mm film - 参数设置：长宽比、风格化程度、版本等

提示： 刚开始写的时候，可以先用 ChatGPT 帮你想主体和环境，再用 Midjourney 生成。别一上来就写长难句，先写 3-4 个关键词，每次加一个要素，观察效果变化。
小贴士：用 ChatGPT 生成 3-5 个主体描述，挑一个最顺眼的去 Midjourney 里试，效率翻倍。
2掌握核心参数：让画面完全听你的
参数是 Midjourney 的「遥控器」。不调参数就像拍照只用自动模式，调了参数才能拍出你要的感觉。以下是最常用的 6 个参数：
1. --ar （宽高比）
- --ar 16:9：横屏电影感（适合做封面、海报）
- --ar 9:16：竖屏（适合手机壁纸、小红书封面）
- --ar 1:1���正方形（适合头像、产品图）
2. --s （风格化程度，0-1000）
- --s 50-100：写实、保守（适合产品、人像）
- --s 250-500：平衡、有艺术感（日常推荐）
- --s 750-1000：非常抽象、梦幻（适合概念艺术）
3. --v （版本号）
- --v 6：最新版，真实感最强，适合大多数场景
- --v 5.2：上一版，风格更偏油画感
- --v 4：老版，适合一些复古风格
4. --c （混乱度，0-100）
- --c 0：严格按照提示词执行
- --c 50：加入一些随机元素
- --c 100：非常自由，经常出惊喜
5. --iw （图像权重，0.5-2.0） 只在使用图片垫图时有效。数字越大，结果越像原图。
6. --no （排除元素） 在提示词末尾加 --no car, people 可以去掉不想要的东西。
实操示例：
mountain landscape at sunrise, misty valley, cinematic lighting, shot on Fujifilm GFX100 --ar 16:9 --s 400 --v 6这个提示词会产生一张横屏的山景大片。如果你想要更梦幻的效果，把 --s 改成 800，画面就会更像油画。
小贴士：建议先固定 --v 6 和 --ar 16:9，只调 --s 参数，感受风格变化。熟悉后再玩其他参数。
3风格词库：三大类风格词，直接复制
以下风格词我都按类别整理好了。写提示词的时候，把对应的词加到「风格/媒介」那个位置就行。
一、胶片/复古风格（适合人像、街拍、旅行）
- shot on Kodak Portra 400（柯达胶片感，肤色暖）
- shot on Fujifilm Pro 400H（富士胶片感，偏冷）
- 35mm film, grainy texture（35mm 胶片颗粒）

使用建议： 复制案例后，先不改东西直接生成一次，看看效果。然后只改主体（比如把 coffee 换成 tea），看看风格是否保持。等你熟悉了，再一次性换风格词。
小贴士：建立一个自己的 Notion 或备忘录，把好的提示词和对应的截图存下来。下次做类似风格时直接复制修改，效率极高。
进阶技巧
- Midjourney 支持图片垫图。把参考图上传到 Discord，复制图片链接，粘贴到提示词最前面，然后加 --iw 1.5 让 AI 更尊重原图。适合做产品系列图或保持角色一致。
- 在提示词里用两个冒号 :: 可以给不同部分分配权重。例如：a cat::2 a dog::1 会让猫更突出。也可以控制颜色：red::3 blue::1 会让红色更明显。
- 在 Settings 里打开 Remix 模式。每次生成后点 Vary（柔和或强），可以微调提示词继续迭代，适合精修一张图。
- 在 Discord 输入 /settings 并启用 Remix 模式后，可以用 /shorten 命令分析你的提示词，Midjourney 会告诉你哪些词最重要，哪些可以去掉，帮你优化提示词。
常见问题
为什么我写的提示词生成出来的图很丑？
最常见的原因是缺少「光线」和「风格」描述。试试在提示词里加上 cinamatic lighting 和 shot on Kodak Portra 400 这种词，画面质感会立刻提升。另外，--s 参数不要太高，写实类先设 200 左右。
提示词到底要写多长？
Midjourney 支持最多 6000 个字符，但通常 20-50 个词就够了。关键是把主体、环境、光线、风格四个要素说清楚，而不是堆砌一堆不相关的形容词。
同样的提示词为什么每次生成的图不一样？
Midjourney 默认会引入随机性。如果你想要完全一致的结果，可以加上 --seed 12345（数字随便改）。同一个 seed 配合相同提示词，会生成相似的结果。
怎么让 AI 更准确地理解我要的东西？
一是用更具体的词（不说 car 说 red Tesla Model 3），二是加参考图垫图，三是用 --no 排除不想要的元素。还有一个技巧：先让 ChatGPT 帮你把模糊的描述转成具体的提示词。
Midjourney V6 和 V5 有什么区别？
V6 的真实感更强，对自然语言理解更好，所以你用口语化的描述也能出好图。V5.2 风格更偏艺术感，适合插画和概念设计。建议日常默认用 V6，需要油画感时切回 V5.2。
